We provide a video generation service for real estate professionals. A video tour is a short video, usually between 20 and 60 seconds, generated from property information and photos.

Delivery and Formats

Videos are generally delivered within 48 hours and may include hosted links, 16:9 landscape format, and 9:16 portrait format. Delivery times may vary when source material is incomplete, unavailable, or low quality.

VideoTour.com includes a 10-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@videotour.com within 10 days of delivery and include the video or property reference.

Account Registration

Clients must create an account to use the service.

User Content

Clients are responsible for the content of their videos and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All videos and related content generated using our service are the property of the end user.

Video Hosting and Deletion

We host generated videos for no more than 24 months. Clients may delete a video at any time using the delete link provided in the delivery email or by contacting support@videotour.com.

Right of Deletion

Clients may request deletion of hosted videos and related delivery links at any time. We will process deletion requests sent through the delivery email delete link or by email to support@videotour.com.

Limited Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or the content of the videos generated.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms of service at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

Termination

We may terminate an account and the use of our service at any time, for any reason.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida.

Any disputes arising from these terms of service will be resolved through email at support@videotour.com.
