How to share a video tour on Flex MLS

Use the virtual tour or media link field so buyers can open the hosted VideoTour from the MLS listing.

Step by step

  1. Open the listing maintenance screen in Flex MLS.
  2. Go to photos, videos, virtual tours, or links.
  3. Add the hosted VideoTour URL in the allowed tour field.
  4. Save the listing and preview the public-facing version.
Use the portrait MP4 for mobile-first apps and the landscape MP4 for websites, MLS pages, listing portals, presentations, and email campaigns. Use the hosted VideoTour link when you want the fastest shareable option.
